DLV Digital Solutions Pty Ltd ("we", "our", "us") operates the Fluxa language learning application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our App.

Fluxa is designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect minimal data:
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy.
The AI conversation feature ("Sofia") is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Conversation messages are transmitted to Anthropic to generate responses. No personal identifying information (name, email, location) is attached to these requests. Conversations are not stored on our servers.
In-app purchases on iOS are processed entirely by Apple. We receive a confirmation of purchase from Apple but never see or store your payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
In-app purchases on Android are processed entirely by Google. We receive a confirmation of purchase from Google but never see or store your payment details. Google's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
All personal learning data (progress, history, settings) is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to our servers. When you uninstall the App, this data is permanently deleted from your device.
Language pack purchases ($4.99 per language) are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see, collect, or store your credit card or payment details. Purchase receipts are validated through Apple and Google's respective secure systems. All purchases are one-time; we do not operate subscription billing.
Fluxa may request permission to send push notifications for the Word of the Day feature. This permission is entirely optional. If you grant permission, daily notifications are scheduled locally on your device. You can disable notifications at any time through the Fluxa Settings screen or your device's notification settings. We do not use notifications for marketing without your explicit consent.
Fluxa is suitable for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@fluxa.com.au and we will delete it promptly.
Learning data is stored locally on your device and retained as long as you have the App installed. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored data. We do not retain data on our servers beyond what is necessary for purchase verification and anonymous analytics.

We take reasonable steps to protect any information processed through our services. The AI conversation feature uses HTTPS encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
