  • What currency are the prices do I see on the site?

  • When will my order ship?
    We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The order will be shipped within 48 hours. Usually delivered within 3-7 business days. Tracking numbers will be updated 2 days after your order has been shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days, please contact us at help@fluxa.com.au

  • Can I return my order? What if there’s an issue?
    We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product arrives defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund. Please note:
    Return shipping is at your own expense.
    Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund for your original purchase.
    Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel.
    If your package is still in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
  • I have entered an incorrect address. what do I do now?
    If you have misspelled or autofilled in an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at help@fluxa.com.au If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

    Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-8 business days.
